EUROPA-SOL is a family Business, with over a decade of experience in the property business and building. Formed and managed by the Devesa Such brothers, born in Alfaz del Pi, where they developed professionally and personally.

EUROPA-SOL is also a well established company in the area of la Marina Baixa, which from its foundation in 1988, has offered its clients an informed knowledge of the Property Market, as well as a total Guarantee and Assurance of its negotiations.

Through its over 15 years, Europa-Sol has grown as a business and offers its services from two offices:

OUR AIMS
The aims we pursue in our company are: efficiency, security and cordiality.
Efficiency and security, in all our negotiations of buying and selling property on the Costa Blanca (mainly in L'Alfas del Pi, Playa Albir , La Nucia, Altea and Benidorm…) and for every type of properties or buildings, such as Villas, Bungalows, Terraces and Apartments (new and second-hand), lots and plots of land (urban and rustic), is of paramount importance to us.
These aims have led us to be able to offer our Experience and Guarantee as Property Brokers.

Also of importance and primary concern to us is the aim of Cordiality and Familiarity in each of our jobs. For this reason we have a large team of Professionals, and Collaborators who advise and help our buyers to find the Right Property and to adapt it to their needs. We are very conscious of the Clarity of our services, offering our clients, through our International Staff, different languages in which to express themselves: English, Spanish, German, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and Dutch…

Europa-Sol, through its associate company L’Alfàs Interservice, also offers other post-sale services to our clients, such as insurance, residence permits, tax paper work for non-residents, obtaining N.I.E., translations, etc...
